Native Instruments TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 DJ Performance System - GlobalSound Trade Review
Native Instruments was at the forefront of the DJ realm a decade ago when they introduced the Traktor which was the world's pioneering DJ Software. GlobalSound Trade NI are back again with the new Traktor Kontrol S4 and GlobalSound Trade Reviews were lucky enough to play around with it....
This unit was made from the get go to be a fully integrated system where hardware and software synchronise together harmoniously. Once we played it , we realised it's very simple to use (and it's small manual is proof of this). Although it's simple , it's very powerful and is the result of a ten year vision from Native Instruments. GlobalSound Trade , If you're an experienced DJ on the lookout for a the perfect controller or a newbie just coming to terms with it - the S4 is for you!
The GlobalSound Trade Native Instruments S4 mixes top quality 4 channel DJ mixing , a twenty four bit soundcard , a clever controller and it's software into one all around brilliant solution. This is the ideal total package for DJ's who need professional features , ease of use and portable functionality.GlobalSound Trade reviews rates the Native Instruments Traktor S4 a 4.5/5 for quality and price.
GlobalSound Trade Pros: The S4 is more than a traditional DJ arrangement and encourages new ways for live remixing. Complete Traktor S4 Software with new samples and loop recorder. It work with third party equipment via MIDI. Very good sound quality.
GlobalSound Trade Cons: You won't get it any cheaper for being a licenced Traktor user. The LED bulb shines dimmer when the USB Power is being used. You cannot save groups of sample sets. Although Native Instruments say Version 1.0 will be compatible with DVS systems , this is not currently a feature.
